Two types of on-line course evaluation reports can be accessed. These reports are individual course reports and a summary report. To access these reports enter your campus id number.

Course Reports
The course reports are individual course/section survey results which includes the number of responses, percentage, and average rating for each survey question.

Summary Report
The summary report is the survey results for all courses evaluated. The data included is the average rating for survey questions 1-28 and question 29.
